Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a temp to perm Machine Operative for our valued client based in Camberley, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery safely and efficiently, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring all products meet quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
*Operate and monitor production machinery
*Set up, run, and shut down machines in line with production requirements
*Ensure machinery is cleaned and maintained to hygiene and food safety standards
*Support warehouse duties, including goods in/out and stock movement
*Work closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet daily targets
*Identify and report any defects, contamination risks, or safety concerns immediately
Essential Requirements
*Proven machine operating experience (essential)
*Warehousing experience (essential)
*Experience working in a food production or manufacturing environment
*Level 1 or Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (essential)
*Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
*Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Willingness to work shifts if required

Additional details:
*£12.21 per hour - this will be raised based on performance
*Holiday pay
*Monday to Friday
*No weekends
