Duties
*Credit control - in its simplest form collections via telephone and email and building relationships
*Resolving disputes and offering options to get payment in smoothly.
*Bank reconciliations, allocating cash in to accounts
*Matching payments and resolving unallocated cash issues.
*Monitor credit limits and accounts of concern to mitigate risk to the company.
*Journals
*Helping provide information to the wider accounts team.
*Escalating issues and bad debt and weekly reporting on where you are at.
*Managing chargebacks
*Credit checking new accounts and managing credit limits.
*Analysis to be one step ahead and protect the business.
Qualifications
*Expert credit controller, with proven experience in more than one role.
*Intermediate to advanced Excel
*Good customer service skills
*Local to commute
*Can demonstrate experience in the above duties
