At Oakleafe, we’re on a mission to be a trusted market leader in domestic and commercial property claims. We’re now looking for an SEO & Digital Executive to help amplify our voice, increase qualified leads, and create meaningful engagement across our digital channels.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand shows up online from search rankings and paid campaigns to content, reputation and customer trust.
What you’ll be doing
Strengthening our brand and market presence
*Owning and delivering our SEO strategy to boost organic visibility and priority keyword rankings
*Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis and performance tracking
*Writing and publishing engaging, SEO-optimised blog content that positions Oakleafe as a trusted authority
*Managing and optimising Google Business Profiles to maximise local search impact
*Creating and coordinating compelling multimedia content (images, video, infographics) to support brand storytelling
*Staying ahead of digital trends, platform updates and best practices
Driving qualified lead generation
*Planning, launching and optimising PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
*Building domain authority through smart, ethical link-building and outreach strategies
*Continuously testing, refining and improving content and campaigns to increase conversions
Creating authentic engagement and trust
*Improving website structure, navigation and technical SEO performance
*Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links and site speed
*Monitoring and managing Oakleafe’s online reputation, responding to customer feedback with care and consistency
*Using customer insight and analytics to inform marketing content and business improvements
Working collaboratively for impact
*Reporting clearly on traffic, rankings, conversions and ROI
*Sharing insights with sales and marketing colleagues to support data-driven decisions
*Ensuring all content and campaigns meet regulatory, compliance and Consumer Duty requirements
*Contributing ideas, tools and initiatives that support continuous improvement
What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who:
*Has hands-on experience with SEO, PPC and digital performance marketing
*Is confident using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and SEO platforms
*Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platform (preferred)
*Can balance creativity with analytical thinking
*Enjoys collaborating across teams and sharing insight
*Cares deeply about quality, compliance and customer trust
*Is proactive, curious and always looking for smarter ways to do things
