What you’ll do

• Run in depth consultations to understand client needs and pain points, then tailor solutions that maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
• Share insights, best practices and industry trends to optimise implementation and utilisation.
• Partner with sales, product and project teams for a seamless transition from discovery to delivery.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years as a Solutions Consultant or Business Analyst within the UK personal lines and/or London Market insurance space.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail; resilient, adaptable and naturally analytical.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Working knowledge of APIs, Agile delivery, and insurance administration systems; familiarity with low code automation, SaaS, and (bonus!) AI/prompt engineering.
• Nice to haves: risk/return assessment, web UIs, technical product management and testing methods, high EQ and negotiation skills.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE + benefits
