Your new role
Your new role as Construction Project Manager will require you to oversee, design and delivery of a new-build industrial unit in Wrexham.
You will be required to develop a brief, procure and deliver the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
The role will require you to work between the office in Liverpool and to also have a presence on site in Wrexham.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally holding membership in the APM, CIOB, RICS, CABE etc. and will have knowledge of the RIBA stages of construction.
