Key responsibilities include
*Lead the financial strategy to support the firm’s growth, profitability and long-term sustainability
*Act as a strategic partner to the CEO providing financial insight and commercial guidance
*Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, boards packs and KPI reporting
*Ensure robust and timely financial controls, governance and compliance
*Ensure compliance with SRA accounting rules and regulatory requirements
*Work closely with partners to manage cashflow, utilisation rates and profitability
*Drive process and system improvements to ensure best in class practices
About your experience
*Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Proven experience within the legal sector
*Desire and ability to work both strategically and hands on when needed
