We’re searching for a driven and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our client’s high-performing sales team and play a key role in supporting the social care sector across the UK. You’ll be the face of a trusted, purpose-led brand — building meaningful relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, and helping organisations make a difference every day.
This is a remote role with strong support behind you — giving you the freedom to own your territory while collaborating with an inspiring network of colleagues across Marketing, Business Development and Account Management.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be at the heart of customer success and business growth, by:
*Owning and executing a strategic territory plan to retain and grow key accounts.
*Building long-term, trusted relationships with customers and turning them into advocates.
*Showcasing innovative product solutions with confidence and professionalism.
*Delivering compelling sales presentations that clearly demonstrate value.
*Creating impactful proposals with financial insight and added value.
*Partnering with Marketing to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
*Working closely with Business Development Managers to win new business.
*Maximising CRM usage and maintaining accurate reporting.
*Becoming a product and industry expert through networking and continuous learning.
*Representing the company with professionalism - internally and externally.
