This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join a well-established, Chartered firm based in Minehead. You’ll step straight into a warm, loyal client bank and focus on what you do best — building relationships and delivering high-quality financial planning.

The role – what you’ll be doing as a Financial Planner
*Managing and reviewing an existing client portfolio of around £30m AUM
*Acting as a trusted Financial Planner to clients across pensions, investments, savings, and protection
*Holding client meetings in the office and occasionally in clients’ homes
*Understanding clients’ goals, circumstances, and financial priorities
*Delivering annual reviews and ongoing servicing
*Adjusting financial plans as clients’ needs change over time
*Working closely with admin and paraplanning to provide a smooth client experience
*Keeping up to date with regulations, products, and best practice as a professional Financial Planner

*Diploma qualified (Chartered status helpful, but not essential)

What’s on offer
*Salary: £50,000–£60,000
*(top end available for a Chartered Financial Planner or strong track record)
*Bonus structure:
*25% of new business between £150k–£200k
*35% of production above £200k
*(initial fees only – structure can be tailored to the right Financial Planner)

*Full office-based admin and paraplanning support
*Funded progression towards Chartered status if required
