Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am currently looking to recruit a Conveyancer / Residential Property Fee Earner to join a friendly and supportive firm in Rotherham.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or a paralegal looking to take the next step in their career, working with a very manageable caseload in a genuinely supportive environment.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Sales and purchases
*Freehold and leasehold matters
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
Files will be manageable and well supported, allowing you to focus on quality work and client care rather than volume.

I am keen to get applications from:
*Experienced conveyancers / fee earners, or
*Paralegals with at least 12 months’ conveyancing experience, ideally with some exposure to managing files
You should be:
*Organised and detail-focused
*Confident communicating with clients and third parties
*Comfortable working in an office-based role as part of a small team
What’s on Offer *Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
