The Role
You’ll be the steady, organised and proactive link between clients and planners. Your work ensures that every plan agreed in the meeting room is delivered accurately on time and with care.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Preparing client review packs and keeping the CRM fully updated
*Managing LOAs, liaising with providers and ensuring information is complete and accurate
*Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
*Working with lifestyle modelling outputs to ensure recommendations and paperwork align
*Monitoring service standards and making sure nothing slips through the gaps
*Handling ad hoc client queries with clarity, calmness and professionalism
You’re the person who turns a financial plan into real actions — documented, delivered and done properly.
About You
You’ll likely bring:
*Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment
*Confidence handling provider platforms, LOAs and new business end-to-end
*A solid understanding of pensions and investments (DC schemes and transfers a bonus)
*Strong organisation, task tracking and follow-up skills
*A friendly, professional communication style with clients and providers
*High attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership
