Job Description:
Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced, polished Receptionist to deliver a consistently high standard of front-of-house service within a professional investment firm. This is a key role for a proactive, confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-run office. You will work closely with the wider team in a friendly, collaborative setting.
Who You Are
*Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
*Confident and personable when engaging with colleagues and visitors
*Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
*Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, professional environment
What You’ll Do
*Deliver a professional hospitality experience, including refreshments
*Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
*Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
*Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare IT requirements
*Provide administrative support to EAs and the wider team as needed
*Handle printing, binding, and scanning of documents
