Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities:
*Act as a first point of contact for candidates
*Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
*Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries
*Advertise vacancies across systems, job boards and social channels
*Coordinate interviews and manage diaries
*Gather feedback and keep records accurate and up to date
*Assist with offer letters and contracts
*Work closely with the people team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
*Suggest practical process improvements
*Support projects that help the team work more effectively
Skills Required:
*Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
*Clear and confident communication
*Confidence using systems and learning new tools quickly
*A collaborative mindset and a proactive, positive attitude
*Experience coordinating interviews, schedules or multiple stakeholders
*Comfortable working with trackers and systems, including Excel
*An interest in recruitment, HR or people-focused work
*Previous recruitment or HR experience is beneficial
