Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following:
*Manage property sales from appraisal through to completion.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Conduct viewings and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
*Contribute to business development and market presence.
*Uphold the company’s values and service standards at all times.
As the Sales Negotiator, you will be rewarded with the following:
*£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
*A commission structure that rewards success.
*£55,000 - £60,000 OTE.

Required Skills of the Sales Negotiator:

*Previous estate agency experience preferred, but not essential for the right individual.
