What You’ll Do*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
*Source and headhunt candidates across professional services roles.
*Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate screening.
*Guide candidates through interviews and offer stages.
*Negotiate and close placements while achieving targets.
Who We’re Looking For*Proven commercial experience (sales, account management, retail management, or client-facing roles).
*Confident, professional communicator.
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Ambitious, resilient, and target-driven.
*Degree (2:2 or above preferred) but not essential.
