Description
*Prepare and analyse financial reports related to development projects.
*Prepare and coordinate month end reporting
*Preparing cash flows
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the department.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
*Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
*Monitor project costs and ensure accurate allocation of funds.
*Support the preparation of audit documentation as required.
Profile
A successful Interim Development Accountant should have:
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (Part Qualified or Qualified)
*Experience working within the housing sector (either private or public)
*Month end reporting and reconciliations experience
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Offer
*Hourly pay c. £33p/h
*Temporary 6-month role

*Flexible work arrangement with 3 days on-site in Manchester
