Client Details
Our client is based in Lyndhurst, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Manage the CEO’s diary, appointments, and meetings, ensuring effective time management.
*Coordinate correspondence, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the CEO.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the CEO.
*Organise and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
*Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
*Support the CEO in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
*Assist in organising events or company functions as required.
*Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks for the CEO.
Profile
A successful PA to the CEO should have:
*Proven experience in a similar role.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
*Professional demeanour and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
