We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Support Worker to join our exceptional, close-knit team, supporting a fantastic male individual in his own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to help someone live safely, independently, and fully, with the dignity and respect they deserve.
�? What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing person-centred support to a male adult with learning disabilities and autism
*Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive routines
*Supporting with daily living, community access, meaningful activities, and promoting wellbeing
*Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team
*Bringing positivity, reliability, and compassion to every shift
?? Essential Requirements
*Full UK driving licence (rural location - driving is required)
*Experience in learning disability or autism support (preferred but not essential — the right attitude matters most!)
*Reliable, kind, and committed to delivering outstanding care
*Able to work full-time hours, with bank and weekend shifts also available
