ROLE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE UK
Our client is a leading national Independent Financial Advice firm, providing high-quality, client-centric financial planning solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to oversee and support a network of Independent Financial Advisers within a defined region.
As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, performance, and compliance of a panel of IFAs. You will act as a trusted business partner to advisers, driving growth, improving quality, and ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met.


Role & Responsibilities:


*Lead, manage, and support a regional panel of Independent Financial Advisers
*Drive adviser performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular reviews
*Ensure advisers operate in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
*Monitor business quality, file standards, and client outcomes
*Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisers
*Identify growth opportunities and implement regional business plans
*Act as a key liaison between advisers and head office functions (Compliance, Operations, Paraplanning, Sales Support)
*Maintain strong relationships with advisers, promoting engagement and retention


Do you have the following to apply?


*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong understanding of UK financial advice regulations and compliance requirements
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) desirable
*Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop advisers
