Job Description:
Butler Rose are working in partnership with a thriving business, who are offering an excellent opportunity to combine your skills in a Payroll/Accounts/Bookkeeping Administrator role within their friendly team based in their offices in Huddersfield.
This varied role is ideally suited to an experienced payroller and accounts individual with previous experience undertaking full end to end payroll processing for both small and high volume payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly, either In-house or bureau based experience together with accounts/bookkeeping expertise!
Role Responsibilities:
Processing payrolls on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis via Brightpay
Dealing with HMRC and processing RTI submissions
Auto enrolment/pensions
Processing of starters/leavers, P45/P46 & P60s
Processing SSP/SMP/SPP, running reports as required
Process employee payment details
Update with pension providers
Handle payroll enquiries in a confident, polite manner providing a effective and swift resolution.
Undertaking accounts/bookkeeping functions (additional training is available)
Person Specification
Experience within a similar full end to end payroll processing role dealing with weekly/monthly payrolls via Brightpay (system training can be provided)
Excellent attention to detail, able to work as part of a team and possess great communication skills
Accounts/bookkeeping experience is essential
Salary & Benefits:
to c£35K + 5 weeks holiday+ Pension +Hybrid Working + Flexible start/finish
