Location: Blackpool (Hybrid)
Working Pattern: Minimum 3 days per week in the office
Rate: £13 – £15 per hour
Contract: 3+ months (ongoing)

About the RoleBlackpool Council is seeking a motivated and compassionate Case Assessor to join its Adult Social Care Community Team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting adults to maintain independence and reduce future care needs.
As a Case Assessor, you will work directly with individuals to understand their circumstances, assess needs, and identify practical, strengths-based solutions that promote wellbeing within the community.
Key Responsibilities*Undertake case assessments with adults to identify needs and appropriate support
*Apply a strengths-based approach to promote independence and prevention
*Work collaboratively with community and voluntary organisations, reablement services, and commissioned providers
*Liaise effectively with service users, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
*Use sound judgement and decision-making to manage cases efficiently
