Role Overview
The successful candidate will:

*Lead on curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and raising achievement across all key stages
*Support, mentor, and develop departmental staff
*Deliver high-quality teaching with a strong focus on student progress
*Contribute to wider school initiatives and collaborate effectively with senior and middle leaders
Essential Requirements
*Proven school leadership experience (e.g., Head of Department, Second in Department, or equivalent)
*Strong subject expertise in Business and the ability to deliver outstanding lessons
*A track record of improving outcomes and driving high standards
*Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
*Commitment to inclusive practice and enabling all learners to succeed
*QTS and appropriate teaching qualifications
