We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional pre- and post-contract services, drive value, and represent this growing construction consultancy with professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
*Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
*Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
*Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
*Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
*Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
*Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
*Reports, claims and dispute resolution
*Support business growth and promote our company brand
What We’re Looking For:
*Preferably degree-qualified
*RICS membership preferred
*Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
*Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
*Strong commercial and technical skills
*Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator
