Role: Commercial and Tech Solicitor

Salary: £65K to £85K DOE


Douglas Scott are currently supporting a national firm with an excellent opportunity for a Commercial & Technology Lawyer (2 to 8 PQE) to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic position for someone who enjoys a genuinely varied mix of technology (transactional and regulatory), commercial contracts, IP-related work, consumer advisory, media and licensing matters, and who wants to develop within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

You’ll be encouraged to build your technical expertise, deliver excellent client service, and play an active role in developing client relationships and supporting the wider business.

They’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:
*2 to 8 years’ PQE within a Commercial or Technology team.
*Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
*A proactive, commercial mindset and confidence managing your own matters.
*Experience from a medium/large private practice or a specialist tech firm. In-House experience also considered.
*A genuine interest in developing business development skills
*A collaborative approach and willingness to support and learn from colleagues.
*Experience in consumer law or online safety would be an advantage.
