Job Description:
A leading Big 4 accountancy firm is looking to strengthen its Transfer Pricing team with the addition of an experienced professional. The team is recognised in the market for its technical excellence and forms part of a highly connected global network, advising clients on advisory matters.
This role offers exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, working with a broad client base and alongside market-leading technology and data tools. The focus is on delivering technically robust and commercially practical transfer pricing solutions that support clients’ wider business objectives.
The role:
*Provide technical transfer pricing advice to a diverse client base across a broad range of issues.
*Act as a key client contact, developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
*Manage and lead multi-jurisdictional projects, overseeing day-to-day delivery and coordination.
*Collaborate closely with colleagues across transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams.
*Manage project financials, including budgeting and billing, to ensure profitable delivery.
*Coach, develop and mentor junior team members through formal training and on-the-job support.
*Provide clear and timely reporting to senior management.
*Contribute to business development, proposals, and wider market and proposition initiatives.
About you:
*CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification, or a relevant degree in economics, finance, law or accounting.
*Extensive transfer pricing experience, ideally including documentation, benchmarking, value chain analysis, and supporting tax authority enquiries or APAs.
*Strong analytical skills with a commercial, solution-focused mindset.
*Sound judgement with the ability to identify risk and escalate appropriately.
*Highly organised with excellent communication and project management skills.
*Confident working autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
*Strong people skills, with the ability to build credibility with clients and colleagues.
*Genuine interest in technical development and supporting the growth of junior team members.
*Awareness of ethical and risk considerations within a professional services environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing Transfer Pricing team, offering exposure to complex international work, leadership responsibility, and strong long-term career progression within a global advisory environment.
