Job Title: Senior Property Negotiator

Salary: Competitive basic + commission
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Negotiator to join their established team in Gosforth. This role is suited to a confident property professional with strong negotiation skills, excellent local market knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver results while maintaining exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the sales/lettings process from instruction through to completion
*Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
*Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Generating new business through valuations, referrals, and proactive market engagement
*Supporting and mentoring junior negotiators when required
*Ensuring all records are accurately maintained and compliant with current legislation
*Keeping up to date with Newcastle market trends and competitor activity
Key Requirements
*Previous experience as a Property Negotiator, ideally at senior level
*Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
*Target-driven with a consistent performance record
*High standards of customer service
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence (required)
