The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will sit within a high-performing Direct Sales team, responsible for engaging potential customers, identifying opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is confident, motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You’ll be supported with training, clear targets, and a defined progression pathway for those who want to grow into more senior sales roles.
Lead Generator Responsibilities:
*Proactively contact prospective SME customers to introduce finance solutions
*Generate and qualify new business opportunities
*Book appointments and pass qualified leads to the Deal Closing team
*Work towards clear volume-based targets and KPIs
*Build rapport quickly and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
*Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
*Ensure compliance with FCA conduct rules and internal processes
*Work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-based sales environment
