Location: Maidstone, Kent (Office-based)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing high-performing paid search campaigns across the Google platform, driving customer acquisition and maximizing conversions. You will play a key role in shaping our PPC strategy, optimizing campaigns, and staying ahead of industry trends.
What You’ll Do:
*Plan and execute top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel PPC campaigns on Google
*Develop YouTube Short conversion campaigns
*Work closely with the Head of Acquisition to align PPC with broader marketing efforts
*Analyse seasonal trends using Google Trends to refine ad strategies
*Set up rigorous testing schedules to optimize performance
*Monitor key metrics daily and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google
*Strong background in ecommerce paid search marketing
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Ability to work independently and deliver results
*A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for optimization opportunities
