Operations Manager – The Role:


This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the people, systems, data and policies required for sustainable growth are designed, embedded and continuously improved. Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Founder and Managing Director, the Operations Manager will take a proactive, hands-on approach, anticipating challenges, moving quickly, and making confident decisions in a fast-changing environment. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, this role enables teams to perform at their best while building the operational foundations needed to scale.


Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and grow the recruitment function and back-office operations to support ongoing business expansion
- Own and optimise people systems, operational processes, and enabling technology
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to drive organisational performance and delivery
- Develop, implement and maintain robust people policies and operational frameworks
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track performance, and identify improvement opportunities


Operations Manager – You:


- Experience operating in a growing or scaling business environment
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile organisation
- Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally education, healthcare or a related sector
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering change
- Commercially minded with an analytical, problem-solving approach
