*Assisting with data gathering and preparation for management accounts
*Supporting shared finance inboxes and handling queries by phone and email
*General finance administration and support to the wider team
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role, ideally within an all rounded transactional accounts assistant type role
*A good working knowledge of accounting principles
*Confident using Excel for day-to-day tasks
*Comfortable working with financial systems (any system experience welcomed)
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*A calm, organised approach with the ability to meet deadlines
*Friendly and professional communication style
*A team player who takes pride in their work
