Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our warm and welcoming nursery in Luton.
Requirements:
*Previous experience managing a nursery as a Manager or Deputy Manager
*Level 3 or Level 6 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
*Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
*A genuine passion for providing high-quality childcare and supporting staff development
*Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
