Physics Teacher (Science Teacher) + Head of Physics (£10,000)
In the heart of Redbridge an ’Outstanding’ Secondary School is on the hunt for a Physics Teacher (Science Teacher) + Head of Physics (£10,000) for a January 2026 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract.
This Physics Teacher (Science Teacher) + Head of Physics (£10,000) will consist of the following:
*Working alongside 2 other Physics Teachers
*Specialising in KS4 & KS5 Physics only
*Leading & growing Physics throughout the School
*Scope for future lead practitioner opportunities
The School are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It’s an exciting time at the School!

*Physics Teacher (Science Teacher) + Head of Physics (£10,000)
*Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
*Working alongside a team of fantastic Science Teachers
*January 2026 start - Full Time & Permanent
*MPS2-UPS3 - £36,571 - £59,135 + Head of Physics (£10,000)
*Located in the Borough of Redbridge
PERSON SPECIFICATION
*Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
*Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
*Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ’Good or Outstanding’ level
*You must be able to work as part of a large team of Science Teachers
*Must be willing to listen to feedback
