Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Newton Aycliffe, County Durham
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + Weekly Bonuses
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
*Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Berry Recruitment Darlington is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution centre in Newton Aycliffe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with long-term career prospects, including the chance to gain an HGV licence through structured training.
Key Duties: *Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
*Using warehouse systems to manage stock
*Supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Operating FLT and other warehouse equipment (if qualified)
*Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For: *Previous warehouse experience
*Good computer skills and attention to detail
*Team player with strong communication skills
