Job Description:
A growing specialist business in traditional sash window repair, restoration and replacement is looking to hire an Internal Sales & Sales Coordination Executive.
This role sits at the centre of inbound enquiries, internal sales, and outbound commercial activity. You will control enquiries from first contact through to conversion or handover, ensuring fast response times, accurate qualification, and strong follow-up.
Key Responsibilities*Answer inbound calls and respond to website enquiries promptly
*Qualify all leads at first contact
*Book appointments for field sales on enquiries involving 3+ windows
*Handle 1–2 window enquiries (and distant projects) through remote internal sales
*Request and assess photos via WhatsApp and sell solutions over the phone
*Proactively carry out outbound calls to architects, developers and commercial contacts
*Coordinate surveys, pricing and proposals
*Maintain pipeline visibility and chase actions to avoid delays
