Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Northampton – High Earnings
Salary: £27,000–£31,000 basic (incl. car allowance)
Guarantees: Up to £45,000 (first 5 months)
OTE: £60,000 Year 1 | £75,000–£90,000+
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

This role offers outstanding lead flow, strong infrastructure, and a proven route to high earnings.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Manage 10–12 new mortgage appointments per week
*Write and progress 2–3 quality cases weekly
*Maximise remortgage and protection opportunities
*Maintain FCA compliance and strong client relationships

*CeMAP qualification (essential)
*Minimum 12 months mortgage advisory experience
