Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker – Stoke-on-Trent – High Earnings
Salary: £27,000–£29,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
OTE: £55,000–£70,000+
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

This role provides a consistent pipeline of warm leads, full administrative support, and a clear path to high earnings.
Key Benefits
*Competitive basic salary including car allowance
*6-month financial guarantee (up to £800 per month)
*Uncapped commission on a sliding scale (10%–25%)
*Realistic OTE of £55k–£70k+

Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Conduct fact-finds and manage applications end-to-end
*Maintain strong relationships with estate agency partners
*Identify remortgage and protection opportunities
*Work compliantly within FCA guidelines
Candidate Requirements
*CeMAP qualification (essential)
*Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker
*Strong residential mortgage and protection knowledge
*Full UK driving licence
