What You’ll Be Doing*Building and managing relationships with clients across professional services.
*Sourcing and headhunting top candidates for key roles.
*Managing job adverts, reviewing applications, and conducting candidate interviews.
*Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, including offers and negotiations.
*Achieving targets and contributing to team growth.
What We’re Looking For*Commercial experience in sales, account management, retail management, or client-facing roles (essential).
*Professional, confident, and articulate communicator.
*Organised, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

*Degree (2:2 or above preferred, but not essential).
