Job Description:
Salary: upto £34,000 depending on experience
Location: Kensington
Working hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm Mon to Fri ( no weekends )
Job role profile:
My client are seeking a highly experienced and service-driven Head Concierge to oversee the daily supervision and coordination of Front of House operations. The successful candidate will lead the Front Desk Team in delivering seamless, 5-star deluxe hospitality in line with the highest of standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task in response to the evolving needs of our Residents and their guests.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and supervise the Front Desk Team
*Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
*Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks
*Conduct interviews
*Collaborate closely with the General Manager
*Providing ongoing training to enhance the team’s skills in guest service, local knowledge, and specific tasks.
*Providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any issues within the team
*Providing ongoing training to enhance the team’s skills in guest service, local knowledge, and specific tasks.
*Ensuring each resident receives a tailored experience based on their individual needs and preferences.
*Managing the concierge department’s budget and resources.
