About the Client:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established organisation within the Technology sector, this business continues to grow and is now seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their collaborative and supportive finance function.
About the Job:

This role plays a key part in the finance team and will be focused on accounts receivable, credit control, and general finance support.
Duties will include:
*Managing customer accounts and monitoring aged debt
*Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
*Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
*Raising and issuing accurate sales invoices and credit notes
*Handling invoice queries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
*Assisting with bank reconciliations and data entry
About the Successful Applicant:

You will have at least one year of experience in a finance or accounts-based role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have an AAT Qualification and intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and VOOKUPS. You will have solid interpersonal skills along with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
