A major UK financial services organisation is transforming its Payments business and is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive complex digital and software-led change within its Financial Crime capabilities.
*Proven experience delivering technology or digital change in Financial Services
*Strong background in software implementation and transformation, ideally within Financial Crime
*Experience working in large, complex, regulated environments
*Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior levels
*Strong delivery mindset with a focus on risk, controls and outcomes
