Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in Warwickshire seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a period of 6 months +.
The Opportunity
Our client is a respected, long-standing law firm known for its client-focused approach and high standard of legal work.
Due to a leaver, the firm is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a 6 month period.
This is a part-time, remote working opportunity.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Litigation Solicitor will assume responsibility for managing a diverse caseload encompassing a broad range of litigation matters. You can expect to advise on:
* Higher education claims - disputes with students
* Commercial property litigation
* Commercial litigation e.g. contract disputes, shareholder disputes.
