Position: Reception Supervisor
Location: Barbican
Hourly rate: £16.25
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 4 weeks+
Working Pattern: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the reception team.
*Ensure that all visitors receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance.
*Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment management.
*Maintain a professional and organised workspace.
*Train and mentor reception staff to promote a positive team environment.
*Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a smile! ??
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a professional setting.
*Previous experience as a receptionist is desirable.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
*A friendly demeanour that puts clients and colleagues at ease.
*Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
