Job Description:
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: £500–£600 (Outside IR35)
Opus is working with a leading organisation in London that are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to join on a 6-month contract. This role sits outside IR35 and offers the chance to work with a modern cloud-native stack across both AWS and Azure.
What you’ll be working on *Designing, building, and maintaining cloud platforms across AWS and Azure
*Developing scalable, secure infrastructure using Terraform
*Supporting and optimising Kubernetes clusters in production environments
*Building automation and tooling using Python and Go
*Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and platform reliability
What you’ll bring *Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
*Proven background managing Kubernetes in production
*Solid Terraform expertise
*Programming experience with Python and Go
*Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures
