Overview:
Faith is recruiting for an established legal practice who are seeking a Paralegal to join its Trusts & Estates / Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals.
The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting fee earners with a range of Trusts & Estates and Private Client matters
*Assisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clients
*Liaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue & Customs
*Preparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and bills
*Maintaining accurate records, case files and diaries
*Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes
Experience Required for This Role:
*Previous experience within Private Client / Trusts & Estates work
*Ability to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentation
*Experience using a case management system is desirable but not essential
*Strong self-management and organisational skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Confident team player with a proactive approach
*IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and digital dictation/audio software
