Must have’s*Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
*Experience using Xero for day to day accounting tasks
*Confident using a MAC computer
*Good working knowledge of Excel
*Experience with credit control and invoicing
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice to have’s*Experience supporting a small office or finance team
*Confidence managing multiple tasks at once
So, what will you be doing?*Invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
*Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
*Processing payments and completing reconciliations
*Supporting general office administration
*Updating spreadsheets and financial data using Excel
*Using Xero for daily accounting tasks
Helpful extras*Ability to work independently while supporting a close knit team
*Strong communication skills for liaising internally on finance matters
