Job Description:
A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices.
Duties will cover:
*Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA)
*Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies
*Coordinating resilience testing
*Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor management
*Supporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitoring/reporting operational risk events
*Operational Risk Horizon Scanning
*Assisting with transformation projects
Your experience must include:
*Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within banking
*Good knowledge of regulatory standards – PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etc
*Strong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators
*Good communication skills both written and oral
*Degree educated
This role is currently hybrid – working 3 days a week in the London office but may increase to 5 days.
