Job Title: Protection Consultant
OTE: £50K+ (top earner £90k+)
Starting Salary: £27,500 - £30,000
Job Type: Full time (40 hours pw), Permanent
Location: In Person, Office based - Farnborough, Hampshire

As a Protection Consultant at LetsGoCover you will:
*Work on a non-advised basis (pathway to advised available)
*Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)
*Overcome customer concerns
*Perform fact finds with clients to confirm their needs
*Search through our market leading providers to find a policy to match the client’s needs
*Sell key benefits of our products and services
*Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process
*Learn and retain product knowledge
*Adhere to FCA guidelines
Requirements:
*Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)
*Ability to overcome common objections (essential)
*Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)
*Excellent verbal communication
*Ambition to thrive in a sales environment
*Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole
*Professional and positive manner
*Enthusiasm to invest time in upskilling and professional development through CPD and qualifications such as CII
*Knowledge around treating customers fairly and willingness to support positive customer outcomes in line with FCA guidelines

Prerequisites:
*Clean credit history (any past issues must have been resolved, e.g. "in arrangement")
