Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: London
Salary: £28,000 basic + uncapped commission
OTE: £50,000–£55,000 (Year 1) | £70,000 (Year 2) | £90,000+ (Year 3)

The role:*Learning how to win new business through calls and client meetings
*Sourcing and engaging candidates for live roles
*Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Working towards achievable targets with full training and support
