Your New Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of
apartment developments from pre-construction through to handover. You will:
*Lead cost planning, procurement, subcontract management, and commercial reporting
*Ensure robust financial control across all project stages
*Partner closely with internal delivery teams to ensure programme, quality and commercial targets are met
*Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QS colleagues
*Play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy as the business continues to scale

What You’ll Need to Succeed
*Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS within residential, commercial or civil construction
*Strong commercial and contractual expertise, ideally with main contractor or developer experience
*A confident communicator able to influence stakeholders and commercially drive projects
*Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
