We are seeking a professional, personable, and proactive Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting, modern site and help set the standard for exceptional resident experience.


Concierge - Luxury Residential Development
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off, from 7am-7pm
Overtime: Paid at x1.5


Key Responsibilities:
*Provide a warm welcome to residents and guests, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
*Monitor security systems and conduct regular site checks to maintain a safe environment
*Manage deliveries, post, and contractors coming onto site
*Assist residents with day-to-day enquiries and building-related support
*Maintain the concierge desk and communal areas to a high standard


Requirements:
*Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
*A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
