We are working with a global organisation to recruit an experienced Accountant for their UK finance team, who can deliver accurate financial reporting and support key business processes.
The Role
As the Accountant you will play a vital role in month-end close, statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting cash flow forecasting. The position offers exposure to a dynamic, international environment and opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities*Month-end processes and reconciliations.
*VAT, tax reporting, and fixed asset register maintenance.
*Financial analysis and reporting.
*Year-end close and statutory accounts.
*Audit preparation and liaison.
*Cash forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
The Person
The ideal person:
*Qualified or part-qualified accountant (AAT or above) or QBE.
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Strong Excel Skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
